2 days back I bought Microsoft phone from Dubai Airport, Yesterday I had kept it aside and noticed that the screen was blank… tried to call, it was ringing but nothing was appearing on screen… i tried restart again n again, it didn’t work… i removed the battery, it didn’t work either… i rebooted by pressing Volume Down + Off button, it didn’t work as well… still it’s screen is off, but i can feel the vibration of pressing off button.

I powered off the phone and then connected it with cable to my desktop computer then hold the vol down button and it restoring the software.
After restoring the software it was Ok.
My phone is Nokia lumia 630.
